Merstham Community Facility is a new, multi-purpose community resource centre.

Designed for flexible use by local groups for training, meetings or group activities it has:

• Reception area with comfortable seating for informal discussions, small groups or 'break out' sessions
• A main hall (4.35m x 5.30m) with fully flexible layout to suit your needs
• Laptop computers and interactive whiteboard suitable for training for up to 12 people
• Small kitchen area, fully equiped for provision of hot and cold drinks
• Two office spaces for use by local groups
• Art space (subject to successful funding bids - please note this area is not currently available to hire)

Hire Charges

Main Hall                  £12 per hour

IT Suite                    £17.50 per hour

Consulting Space       £6.00 per hour
